Fox Island Home Conversion Project
This series of photos shows the conversion of this existing Fox Island home, into a larger, connected cottage style house, and it's companion mother-in-law house next door.
Handyman Mike did all of the construction work on the new addition to the existing structure, plus constructed the new home next door.

Hardwood Flooring Installation Project
This hardwood flooring project included installation of hardwood flooring on the stairs, kitchen and entryway. The existing subfloor was prepped before installing the new flooring.

Basement Conversion Remodeling Project
This unfinished basement was remodeled to become a heated living space. Here you can see the drywall being finished.

This garden shed is big enough to qualify as a stand alone cabin, or a "She Shed"; a woman's answer to the "Man Cave".
Framing is complete, roof sheathing being installed.
The shed will have two door openings, a french door on the end, and single door on the side.
The siding and trim is installed, ready to paint, roofing ready to be installed.
